Leah Schwibner has provided customized strategic planning and development and one of a kind marketing communications campaigns for a variety of large and small businesses and healthcare organizations for more than 25 years.
She continues to hold leadership roles and is an active participant in various business groups, industry associations and philanthropic causes in both Rockland and Bergen counties.
Schwibner attributes her success in part to the large network and outreach of a diverse contact population in the medical industry, corporate and non-profit sectors.
Presently, Schwibner represents Northern Services Group, Inc., a Rockland based not for profit group that offers a full range of senior lifestyle options from full apartment independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing and homecare.
“The majority of my career has been involved with helping individuals of all ages with wellness and health needs,” Schwibner said.
“Northern Services Group’s services touch so many lives. When you work with one of the largest companies in Rockland, providing such a high volume of services, it’s great knowing your efforts help so many individuals and families in so many ways.”
Outside of the office, Schwibner took the time to give back. She served on the Board of Directors for the Meals Wheels Programs and Services of Rockland, Inc.
Schwibner is an active member of the RBA since 1995.
Throughout her years working with local organizations, she has utilized the opportunities the RBA has offered to the fullest and currently serves as an ambassador.
She offers simple advice to those business people she guides: “As a marketing specialist, I’ve always encouraged people to promote themselves.”
Schwibner earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Quinnipiac University where she majored in marketing and public relations. She has lived in Rockland County for more than 40 years and presently resides in New City with her husband.
