Rockland Business Association members as well as the general public will be able to search the organization’s web site utilizing a Google search box. A visitor to the web site RocklandBusiness.org will find the search box at the top right side of each page.
Any keywords or topic can be typed into the box to the left of the search button. After entering the words, hit the search button, and the entire RBA web site will be searched for articles and items related to the searched topic. Therefore, the new function provides a valuable research tool. For example, a site visitor could type in “paid family leave”, hit Search, and a list of articles published by the RBA on that topic would come up and could be viewed.
The search box currently only looks within RocklandBusiness.org and not on outside web pages. In the future, additional content resources may become available through the search tool.
This new search feature will provide a business tool for RBA members and increase the ease of finding information within the RBA website. |
